How can I make a reservation?

You may make a reservation by sending an e-mail to info@themarionssuite.com or calling the reservation 0 212 243 24 24 or clicking into online reservation on our website.

What are the hours for check-in and check-out?

Our check-in hour is 14:00 and check-out hour is 12:00.

Is early check-in and late check-out possible?

In early check-in and late check-out, our front office department officials shall guide you depending on the availability of the room. No fee shall be charged in case of availability.

Do the rooms have a kitchen?

All of our suites have a kitchen and equipment to fulfill all your needs.

Does your hotel have a parking place?

There is no parking place within the structure of our hotel. However, there is a parking place 100 meters away. No reservation is needed for using the parking place.

How can I arrive at your hotel?

You may check Google Map by clicking onto “Contact” on our website or arrive at our hotel by taking the street by The Marmara Hotel in Taksim Square and then passing TEKNOSA and turning to the first right.

How can I arrive at your hotel from the airport?

In order to arrive at our hotel from Atatürk Airport, you may use Havaş Bus Service or get on the bus number 96 T and thus come to Taksim Square or request a private service by calling our reservation department.

Is there wireless Internet access? Is it paid?

There is both cable and wireless Internet access in all of our rooms and in public areas and it is free of charge.

Is there a computer?

There is a computer available to our guests at the front desk. You may get printouts. It is free of charge.

Do you have a steam bath?

Yes, we have a steam bath only in the service of our guests. You are supposed to inform our front office department officials 2 hours in advance. It is available between 09:00 and 22:00 and free of charge.

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we have a gym only in the service of our guests. It is available between 09:00 and 21:00 and free of charge.

Do you have a garden?

Yes, we have a garden open to the common use of our guests. If they wish, our guests may have their breakfast in the garden.

Yes, the breakfast is open-buffet and included in the room price.

Do you have a crib in your rooms?

We may provide a crib in our suits. However, you are supposed to make a reservation for a crib.

Is there an age limit for reservation?

Yes, our guests should be above 18. Otherwise, they may accommodate with their parents.

What are the conditions for cancelling a reservation?

You are entitled to cancel a reservation you have made 48 hours in advance. In case of cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no show, the hotel reserves the right to take the total price of accommodation.

What is the age limit for free accommodation?

Children at the age of 11 and below may accommodate for free of charge provided that they accommodate with their parents.

Is there an age limit for reservation?

Yes, our guests should be above 18. Otherwise, they may accommodate with their parents.

How can I make payment?

You may pay by all credit cards, by bank remittance or in cash.
